Kang the Conqueror being similar to a specific Infinity Saga who is not Thanos makes Avengers: Kang Dynasty scarier. After the defeat of the purple Titan, Marvel Studios starts setting up its next overarching narrative called the Multiverse Saga. While it's still too early to predict what exactly happens in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's next culmination, the franchise's confirmed slate offers the public an idea of what to expect from it in the foreseeable future. Jonathan Majors' new villain, Kang the Conqueror, is billed that the MCU's next Thanos. However, he is reminiscent more of a different Infinity Saga villain, which somehow makes him a more dangerous threat. After his first variant, He Who Remains was introduced in Loki, Marvel Studios officially debuted Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The Peyton Reed-directed threequel was the first MCU project that properly showed the might of the villain. To emphasize the dangers he brings to the MCU, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's post-credits scene revealed his other variants, all ready to take on anyone who will stand in their way. Admittedly, Marvel Studios still has a lot to explain about Kang the Conqueror, but both his franchise outings thus far give a good idea about how he is going to be when he finally faces the Avengers.
